Individual Sessions
Individual life enhancing coaching sessions, gentle-touch
energy sessions and body wisdom sessions to assist with a difficult
time or for continued well being. For help in healing wounds, re-patterning
unhealthy behaviors, and better expressing your unique greatness… Make
conscious life choices and take purposeful action. We carry the
resources, knowledge, and abilities that we need within us; sometimes
we do need help to find it!
Spiritual Coaching Sessions
With a degree in traditional psychology / counseling from Cornell University
and advanced certification in spiritual coaching, Donna has been
a licensed spiritual coach since 1991. She recognizes and celebrates
the inherent wisdom of Truth which comes through every individual,
regardless of life situation or challenge. Come to a safe, confidential
space during those rough times when challenges are overwhelming or
simply when you would like a little encouragement. Donna believes
that the true purpose is in the healing, not the wounding…there
are many gifts within any challenging situation.

Gentle-Touch Healing Sessions
After studying massage, shiatsu, various energy studies, psychic healing, nutrition
and wellness, Donna found a familiarity and comfort with Reiki ("ray-key",
a gentle-touch energy practice utilizing Universal Life Force Energy). Reiki
feels like coming home to a warm hearth, a loving embrace, and an inviting
bowl of lentil soup! Reiki nourishes you in all ways. Donna has studied and
practiced Reiki since 1986 and has taught all levels of Reiki training since 1990.
When working with clients, Donna draws from many traditions of energy practice,
including working with imagery and sound. She also integrates years of Native
American healing study. She recognizes all healing as self-healing, a partnership
between the client and the Universal Life Force Itself and she is pleased to
be a part of the sharing. Nourish yourself with a relaxing and rejuvenating
gentle-touch session.
